The launch of new bowls and plates in a fresh, contemporary style  wowed the 200 guests. The white tomato mousse was a big hit and as were the cocktails and mocktails -   Lychee Lil and The Stinger  were particularly well received!

We literally threw out the old bowl food book and started again amidst much stress and bother, but in secret a lot of fun.   Our team have been inspired to hit the streets with a brand new, revised and exciting offer of 'bowl food, mini and tasting plates, tapas and skewers.' 

Creative floristry by JW flowers, furniture and lighting by Fisher Productions and great sounds provided by Sternberg Clarke completed the contemporary and refreshing style of a superb evening
