The launch of new bowls and plates in a fresh, contemporary style wowed the 200 guests. The white tomato mousse was a big hit and as were the cocktails and mocktails - Lychee Lil and The Stinger were particularly well received!

We literally threw out the old bowl food book and started again amidst much stress and bother, but in secret a lot of fun. Our team have been inspired to hit the streets with a brand new, revised and exciting offer of 'bowl food, mini and tasting plates, tapas and skewers.'
